Nothing makes us happier than hearing about customer's amazing experiences with CBD. We do our very best to deliver high-quality, natural skin care products and are here for you throughout your journey to happy, healthy skin.
With that being said, Barecat does have a 14-day satisfaction guarantee policy. Meaning, if you are not happy with your product in the first 14 days of having it, we will refund you or replace your item with a different one. We will not refund for taxes paid or shipping/handling charges.
All returns of the product must go through our Customer Service team, you can contact a representative by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org
Barecat is not responsible for any returns that have not been preapproved. Customer Service will approve the return and issue a return authorization number to be placed on the outside of the package. Refunds or exchanges will be made once the product is back at the Barecat facility.
